Every number we charge is on this page. There is no call to unlock it, no “starting from” that turns out to mean something else, and no quote that arrives after you have described your business to a salesperson. If a fixed price is the wrong shape for what you need, you will be able to tell that from this page rather than from a meeting.

- Custom website, up to five pages — €390. Custom design, contact form, technical SEO, Search Console.
- Online store — €690. Product catalogue, Stripe or your existing processor, stock and orders you manage.
- AI integration — €590. Booking, chat or a custom assistant wired into the site.
- SEO for one market — €290. Audit and implementation, not a monthly retainer.
- Speed optimisation — €190. Core Web Vitals on an existing site, measured before and after.
- Maintenance — €39 a month, optional. Several clients do not take it and their sites keep working.
What these prices are not
Not a deposit against a bigger number
€390 is what a five-page site costs, not what it starts at before scope is discovered. If your project needs more, we say the new number before starting — never on an invoice afterwards.
Not a subscription
You own the site and the code on final payment. There is no platform fee, no builder licence, and nothing you must keep paying to keep a feature you already have.
Not the cost of a template
Each site is designed for the business and built in Next.js. The price is low because our costs are Montenegrin, not because the work is thinner — the framework and the speed target are the same ones this site runs on.
What these prices do not cover, and roughly what that means in dollars
The exclusions first, because they are the part most price pages leave out. Domain and hosting are paid directly to the provider and stay in your name — typically $10 to $20 a year for a domain, and hosting on Vercel is free at the traffic most business sites see. Copywriting beyond page metadata, product photography, and any integration with a warehouse or accounting system you already run are quoted separately, before the work begins. Link building we do not sell at all. Platform migration is its own project. And these figures are for one site in one language: a second language version costs more, and we will say how much before you commit. On currency: we are in Montenegro and invoice in euros, so the dollar figure depends on the rate on the day you pay. Rather than quote a rate that will be wrong by next month, here is a bound that holds across the range the euro has traded in for years — a website stays under $500, a store under $900, and monthly maintenance under $50. If the precise number matters to your budgeting, ask and we will convert it at the rate on the day we invoice.
Questions about the prices
Is €390 really the whole price for a website?
For a site of up to five pages, with you supplying the text and images, yes — that is the number and it is agreed in writing before anything starts. What changes it is scope: more pages, a second language, a booking system, an integration with something you already run. Each of those is quoted before the work, not discovered during it.
Why is this so much cheaper than a US or UK agency?
Because our costs are Montenegrin. We are three people in Podgorica working remotely with clients in the US and Europe. An agency with an office in Chicago or London pays Chicago or London rent and salaries and has to price for it. The tooling is identical — Next.js, Vercel, the same Core Web Vitals thresholds — and you can measure the speed of anything in our portfolio yourself before deciding.
What is the catch?
The honest ones: we are three people, so we cannot take unlimited work and there is sometimes a wait. We do not do Magento, platform migrations, or enterprise projects, and we say so rather than take the money and learn on your budget. And we are seven hours ahead of Chicago, which is an advantage for overnight turnaround and a constraint if you want someone on the phone at 4pm your time.
Do you take payment in dollars?
We invoice in euros. Payment by international transfer or card works fine from the US; your bank or card handles the conversion at whatever the rate is that day. Nothing is marked up for currency on our side.
What if I need something not on this list?
Ask. If it is something we do, you get a number before the work starts, in the same shape as the ones above. If it is something we do not do, we will say so on the first email — that is faster for both of us than a discovery call that ends in a decline.
How long does a €390 site take?
Two to three weeks from the point we have your text and images, for a site of up to five pages. In practice the wait is almost always on content rather than on development. A store is three to four weeks for the same reason.
