How much does a website cost?
From €390 for a site of up to five pages, which covers custom design, a contact form, technical SEO and Search Console setup. Stores start at €690. Larger builds cost more, and the number is agreed before the work starts, never after. Domain and hosting are paid directly to the provider and stay in your name — typically $10–20 a year for the domain, and hosting on Vercel is free at the traffic most business sites see. We do not mark up somebody else’s service.
Why are you so much cheaper than a US agency?
Because our costs are Montenegrin. An agency with an office in a US city pays US rent and US salaries and has to price for it. We do not, so we do not. The tooling is identical — Next.js, Vercel, the same Core Web Vitals thresholds — and you can measure the speed of anything in our portfolio yourself before deciding.
Why Next.js and not WordPress?
Because the HTML is built ahead of time, so the page appears immediately rather than being assembled per visit by a database and patched over with a caching plugin. It also means no plugin ecosystem to keep updated and no update that breaks the site overnight. The trade-off is honest: if you need a hundred contributors publishing daily through a familiar admin, WordPress is the better fit and we will say so.
How do we work together across the time zone?
Podgorica is six to nine hours ahead depending on your state, so our afternoon overlaps your morning. In practice you send notes at the end of your day and have a reply before you start the next one. Calls happen in your morning. Everything else is email and shared previews.
Can you get us to the top of Google?
Not on a promise, and anyone offering one is selling. What we do is build the site so it can rank — technically clean, fast, structured for the phrases your customers actually type — and set up Search Console so the results are measurable rather than asserted. SEO takes months. We describe it that way here because we describe it that way to clients.
Do you sign an NDA, and who owns the code?
Yes to the NDA. You own the code outright on final payment — it goes to a repository in your name, not ours, and nothing is locked to us. There is no proprietary builder you would have to keep paying for to keep the site running.
Who actually writes the code?
The three of us, and you talk to whoever is doing your part. There is no account manager relaying messages to a team you never meet, and nothing is sub-contracted onward.
