Privacy policy
What Nanostar Web Studio collects, why it collects it, and how long it keeps it. Without the legal phrasing that says nothing.

1.Who we are
Nanostar Web Studio is a web studio based in Podgorica, Montenegro. We build websites, do SEO and build online stores. For anything concerning your data, write to kontakt@nanostar.me.
2.What we collect
Only what you send us through a form, plus basic visit statistics. We do not ask for identity numbers, home addresses or card details — nothing is paid for on this site.
- Through the contact form: first name, last name, email address and whatever you write in the message field.
- Through the newsletter sign-up: the email address, and nothing else.
- Through visit statistics: which page was opened, from what kind of device and from which country, in aggregate.
3.Why we collect it
Contact form data is used to answer your enquiry and to carry on the conversation about the work. We do not use it to send offers you did not ask for, and we do not sell it to anyone.
A newsletter address is used only to send articles from our own blog. You can unsubscribe at any moment, by replying to any message or writing to kontakt@nanostar.me.
4.Where the data sits
Form messages arrive at our mailbox through Zoho Mail and stay in that mailbox. The site is hosted on Vercel, whose servers handle the requests and keep technical access logs.
We keep no visitor database. There is no account to open on this site, so there is no password for us to hold.
5.Cookies and measurement
We use Google Analytics and a Google Ads tag to see which pages people actually read and where enquiries come from. That sets cookies in your browser.
You can block them in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics Opt-out add-on. The site works normally without them — nothing here depends on your being measured.
6.How long we keep it
Client correspondence is kept for as long as the work runs and for five years afterwards, which is what Montenegrin tax rules require for business records. Enquiries that never became work are deleted after a year.
A newsletter address is kept until you unsubscribe. Unsubscribing deletes the address rather than marking it inactive.
7.Your rights
At any time you may ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Send the request to kontakt@nanostar.me and we answer within 30 days.
Deletion means deletion, not archiving. The one exception is documentation we are legally required to retain for work already carried out.
8.Changes to this policy
If anything changes in how we handle data, we change this text and change the date at the top of the page. There are no silent edits.
A question about your data
If something here is unclear, or you want to see, correct or delete your data, write to us. Every request gets an answer.
