Terms of service

These terms cover the use of nanostar.me. A separate contract for building a site, where one is signed, is signed on its own and overrides this text in everything it governs.

Prices published here are starting prices in euros: a website from €390, SEO from €290, an online store from €690, AI solutions from €590, a speed optimisation pass at €190 and maintenance at €39 a month.

The starting price covers the scope described alongside each service. A larger scope changes the figure, but the final figure is agreed before work begins and is not revised afterwards. Domain and hosting are paid directly to the provider and are not included.

Sending a message through the contact form commits neither you nor us to anything. Work begins only once scope, deadline and price are agreed and both sides have confirmed it in writing.

The text, photography and code on this site belong to Nanostar Web Studio. You may quote them with attribution and a link to the source page. Reproducing whole articles elsewhere is not permitted.

The work shown in the portfolio belongs to the clients it was made for and is shown as a reference with their agreement.

The code of a site we build for you becomes yours on payment. We retain no rights over it and do not make its use conditional on continued work with us.

We do not guarantee a particular position on Google or a particular number of enquiries. Nobody can, because ranking is controlled by the search engine and not by the contractor. We guarantee the work at the agreed scope and technical results that can be measured, such as loading speed.

The content on this site, including blog articles and market figures, is published in good faith and accurate on the day of publication. It is not a substitute for legal or tax advice.

We try to keep the site running without interruption but do not guarantee continuous availability. Short outages for maintenance or at the hosting provider are possible and are not grounds for compensation.

The site links to our clients’ sites and to external sources. We are not responsible for the content of those sites, because we do not edit them.

These terms are governed by the law of Montenegro. Anything not settled by agreement falls to the court in Podgorica.
